Holiday Mini Session Packages

FAQ About Holiday Mini Sessions

What is a mini-session?

A mini session is a fast paced, fun photography session where we’ll capture as many great shots as we can in 30 minutes. We’ll get some great formal

family shots as well as some candid’s you’ll love! You can update your holiday cards, Facebook picture, and fill that empty spot on your wall

with a beautiful print.

How much is a mini-session?

We have four packages available this year (see above). If these don’t meet your needs, please contact us create a custom package.

How do I book a spot?

Spaces are very limited. Please email or call 480.278.3862 as soon as you know the time slot you would like. A non-refundable $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due the day of the mini-session.

Can we do different outfits?

The mini session is too short to allow for changing outfits. If you would like to do this please contact us to schedule a full 1-2 hour private session.

Do we get the images on disc?

Package one includes the images on disc. Other packages will give you a limited number of digital files. Additional prints or digital files may be purchased from your private online gallery.

Can we do our engagement photos during a mini-session?

Yes, if you would only like to do a short engagement session, you can schedule it during these times. However, our standard engagement sessions are 2-3 hours long and you will get be able to do outfit changes and several locations. Our standard engagement session are available for $350.

Can we bring pets?

Yes, but understand that posing pets can be very time consuming and may limit the number of pictures we can take. You must bring along another person who is not in the photo shoot to take care of your pet while we are doing human only pictures.

Additional Information

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure everyone is ready. Make sure everyone is dressed, watered, fed, and ready to go. We cannot go past your scheduled time. Your images will be ready to view 2 weeks after the session.

Gretchen and Nate | Tempe Arizona Engagement Photographer

We headed out early to take engagement photographs in downtown Tempe. This is one of my favorite location because there’s a lot of variety in background that we can work with. Nate is an air traffic controller at Sky Harbor Airport and rumor has it his coworkers put some of our pictures on the big screen in the tower! Hopefully we didn’t cause too many flight delays that day.  Check out some of my favorite photographs of this cute couple.

Wedding Merchants Business Academy

Last week I headed to Las Vegas for three days to meet up with 2000 wedding professionals in a cold warehouse know as the Las Vegas Convention Center.

I won free registration to the Wedding Merchants Business Academy thanks to my fans voting for me in a Facebook contest!  It was a great opportunity to hear from the industries leaders – The CEO’s of Wedding Wire, The Co-founder of The Knot, and many more.

I don't think this typo was intentional (iPhone Picture during the conference)

Most importantly, it gave me a different perspective on weddings. Hearing from wedding planners, venue owners, caterers and other event professionals allowed to be understand what they deal with, and how a photographer can best meet their needs as well as our clients. When I photograph an event, it really has to be a team effort. If the florist doesn’t deliver on time, we make not get the pictures done on schedule. If the photographer (me) takes too long with pictures, the food is going to be cold or overcooked.  My goal is not just to take pictures, but to be a part of creating a dream wedding day experience for our brides!

I got this piece of paper to prove that I showed up...

I returned to Phoenix inspired and full of ideas for our photography business. Great things are coming soon!
